The role requires hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems and exposure to manufacturing or trading accounts.

You will support monthly closings, vendor payments, customer collections, and coordination with CA and auditors to ensure accurate financial records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in ERP / Tally.

• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Support monthly closing activities.
• Maintain purchase, sales, and inventory-related entries.
• Track vendor outstanding and payment schedules.
• Assist in preparing P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Coordinate with CA and auditors for compliance and documentation.
• Maintain proper accounting records as per company policies.

The role requires hands-on experience in Tally / Zoho Books / ERP systems and basic exposure to manufacturing or trading accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in ERP / Tally
• Handle Accounts Payable (vendor payments) and Accounts Receivable (customer collections)
• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Support monthly closing activities
• Maintain purchase, sales, and inventory-related entries
• Track vendor outstanding and payment schedules

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com or equivalent qualification
• 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing / trading setup)
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS compliance
• Hands‑on experience in Tally / Zoho Books / ERP
• Basic to good Excel knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and responsibility toward deadlines

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience handling inventory accounting
• Exposure to purchase accounting in manufacturing/trading
• Experience working with oil / FMCG / commodity businesses
