Job summary

Sunder Ispat Ltd is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely financial reporting. You will maintain ledgers, handle reconciliations and ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, exposure to Tally/ERP and strong Excel skills. Manufacturing sector background is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on with GST and TDS compliance.
• Experience with Tally / ERP and strong MS Excel skills.
• Manufacturing/industrial sector experience preferred.
• B.Com / M.Com with CA Inter or CMA Inter considered a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries: purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journals.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, bank reconciliations and monthly reports.
• Handle GST and TDS workings, returns and other statutory compliance.
• Support audits and assist in preparation of financial statements.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers and statutory authorities.
• Track debtors and creditors ageing and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all accounting activities and month-end close.

About the role
