Job summary

Kyte Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Accountant with 1-2 years of accounting experience to manage day-to-day financial records and ensure accuracy. Experience with Tally ERP/ Tally Prime is required, along with GST and TDS basics.

Based in Satpur, Nashik, the role involves invoicing, bank and ledger reconciliation, MIS support, and coordination with vendors and internal teams. Immediate joiners preferred; full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP.
• Record purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
• Handle bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting-related activities.
• Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers regarding accounting-related queries.
• Assist senior management/accounting team with MIS reports and other finance-related tasks.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting entries and records.

About the Role
