Job summary

K. K. Mankeshwar & Co. is seeking an accountant with Tally Prime experience (2–3 years) to manage day-to-day entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role requires proficiency in Word and Excel, strong communication, and willingness to travel to meet client requirements.

The candidate will handle ledgers, bank accounts, journal entries, and all accounting transactions, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tally Prime and 2-3 years in accounts
• Strong understanding of day-to-day accounting entries
• Able to handle financial statements and reconciliations
• Good communication skills and willingness to travel when required

Responsibilities

• Day to day accounting entries for Sales, Purchases, Bank and Expenses
• Reconciliation of suppliers, customers and bank accounts
• Maintain ledgers, bank accounts and all reports
• Prepare journals and ledgers; manage all accounting transactions
• Reconcile payables and receivables; publish financial statements on time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings; ensure data confidentiality
• Comply with financial policies; knowledge of TDS & GST filing
• Audit support and document handling; assist audit assignments as needed
• Travel to client locations as required; Thane residents preferred

• Candidates Must have Tally Prime work experience with 2 to 3 years.
• Day to Day accounting entries of Sales / Purchase / Bank / Expense voucher etc.
• Reconciliation of Supplier / Customer / Bank.
• Must have Word & Excel experience
• Maintaining Ledgers accounts, Bank account, All reports.
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts
• Prepare journal entries and ledgers.
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Compute taxes and prepare & file Income Tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Knowledge of Preparation TDS & GST working & filing Return
• Having a good communication skills.
• Candidates must be flexible and ready to travel as needed to meet client requirements and complete audit assignments in various locations if needed.
• Candidates living in Thane City will be preferred.
