Job summary

JobItUs in Mumbai (Malad) is seeking a responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliance, and financial reporting for a leading automobile dealer. You will coordinate with branches, prepare statements, and ensure accurate books in Tally.

The role requires strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables), attention to detail, and timely reconciliation. Travel to branches may be needed, and Monday–Saturday work with half off 1st or 2nd Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain proper financial records.

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally.
• Prepare MIS and financial reports using Advanced Excel and Pivot Tables.
• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams when required.
• Ensure accuracy in accounting entries and documentation.
• Travel to different branches when required for accounts coordination and verification.

Job Title: Accountant

Industry: Automobile (Leading Car Dealer)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting operations for one of the leading car dealers in Mumbai. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting processes, taxation, and financial reporting. The role requires accuracy, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with different branches when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities and maintain proper financial records.

• Manage GST filing, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.

• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash/bank transactions.

• Maintain books of accounts in Tally.

• Prepare MIS and financial reports using Advanced Excel and Pivot Tables.

• Coordinate with auditors and internal teams when required.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience in Accounting / Finance role

• Prior experience in handling GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial statements

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC:as per industry standard

• Incentives: Applicable after completion of 4 months

Working Days & Timing:

• Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday off)

• Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Additional Requirement:

• Candidate should be ready to travel to different branches if required.
