Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain financial records.

• Process Material GRN entries and maintain inventory records.
• Record and manage sales invoices cost-centre-wise and stock-wise.
• Conduct stock reconciliation and monitor stock consumption.
• Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct bank reconciliation and ensure accurate recording.
• Handle GST and TDS compliance.
• Prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors on queries.
• Ensure timely closure of accounting activities with supporting documents.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with 710 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, inventory accounting, reconciliations, and basic statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Tally and MS Excel, along with a good understanding of purchase, sales, stock, vendor, and banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle accounting transactions using Tally; strong working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze accounting records using MS Excel.
• Record purchase invoices cost-centre-wise and stock-wise.
• Process Material GRN entries in Tally and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Record and manage sales invoices cost-centre-wise and stock-wise.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliation and monitor stock consumption.
• Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
