The candidate should be a qualified accountant with hands-on experience in Tally Prime, Excel, and Word, plus knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and payroll processing. This position supports local business operations and finance-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ability to handle local online sales coordination.
• Experience with Tally Prime and Excel/Word.
• Knowledge of inventory management in Tally Prime.
• Experience generating e-invoices and e-way bills.
• Experience in statutory reports like TDS, GST, PF, ESIC and payroll.
• Bank reconciliation experience.
• Filing documents properly in accounting records.
• Handling cheques and payments via RTGS/NEFT.
• Managing petty cash and vouchers.
• Liaising with banks, IT, and GST departments.

Responsibilities

• Complete data entries in the accounting software and generate vouchers.
• Manage inventory in Tally Prime and reconcile stock records.
• Generate E-Invoices and E-Way Bills for online sales.
• Prepare statutory reports (TDS, GST, PF, ESIC) and payroll processing.
• Perform bank reconciliation and update cash flow records.
• Prepare and file payment documents, cheques, RTGS/NEFT transfers.
• Maintain orderly voucher records and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with banks and GST department for compliance.
• Support business development activities with accurate accounting data.
• Visit and liaise with banks as needed.

About The Role

Designation Accountant This candidate should be a qualified accountant to handle accounting responsibilities along with local online sales coordination, stock/inventory management, order processing, dispatch coordination, and maintaining related records. Exp: 4yrs Location: Vidyavihar This would give us a more versatile resource who can support multiple operational activities for our local business development, rather than limiting the role to basic accounting work. Profile for a middle-level account executive.

• 1 Knowledge of accounting software- Tally Prime, plus good knowledge of Excel and Words
• 2 Complete Data entries in accounting software and generate vouchers.
