Job summary

Sathva Recyclers And Reclaimers Llp is seeking an accounting professional to manage day-to-day financial records, GST compliance, payroll, and banking activities. The role requires accurate entries, timely invoicing, and meticulous reconciliation in a growing manufacturing/recycling environment.

The candidate should have 1-2 years of accounting experience, and strong skills in TallyPrime and GST, with proficiency in MS Excel and payroll processes. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Com or M.Com (or equivalent) qualification.
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of TallyPrime and GST.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle purchase and sales entries, invoices, receipts, payments and vouchers.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare monthly salaries and payroll records.
• Prepare GST documents including e-way bills, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle purchase and sales entries, invoices, receipts, payments and vouchers.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Manage GST-related accounting, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and ITC reconciliation.
• Prepare and process monthly employee salaries and maintain payroll records.
• Calculate employee attendance, salary, deductions and other payroll-related components.
• Prepare and maintain e-way bills and other GST documents.
• Handle bank entries and bank reconciliation.
• Maintain proper records of expenses, purchases, sales and other financial transactions.
• Work on TallyPrime for regular accounting activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Strong practical knowledge of TallyPrime and GST.
• Good knowledge of GST returns, e-way bills and ITC reconciliation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
