Entri Jobs in India, Kerala, seeks an accounting professional to manage day-to-day financial tasks using Tally, handle bank entries and payroll processing.

You will prepare monthly payroll, reconcile cash and bank statements, generate reports, and support GST compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required, with attention to accuracy and timely financial reporting.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with Tally / Tally Prime.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation and banking transactions.
• Experience in payroll preparation and salary processing.
• GST knowledge and taxation basics is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

• Handle day-to-day cash transactions and maintain proper cash books.
• Maintain daily accounting records and bookkeeping.
• Record bank transactions and maintain bank entries using Tally.
• Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

• Process and coordinate payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Generate invoices and maintain proper billing records.
• Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up for timely collections.

• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required.
• Assist with other accounting and administrative activities when required.
