Job Summary
The Account Representative (AR) provides comprehensive, day‑to‑day account‑level support to both internal and external clients. The ideal candidate demonstrates quick, independent thinking to solve a variety of simple to complex problems, works collaboratively in a client‑focused environment, and manages multiple transactional and reporting tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage new and modified packages, update client codes, and oversee location changes, ensuring all pricing and transactional details are accurate.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, participate in reviews and checklists to maintain high standards in account management and client satisfaction.
- Oversee all day‑to‑day account‑level support cases from initiation to resolution, including handling account‑level escalations.
- Own submission, escalation, and resolution of Salesforce error/help desk tickets; track progress and ensure all issues are addressed, escalating to Account Managers as needed.
- Fulfilling ad‑hoc and trend analysis reporting requests from clients and internal teams; redirect to self‑serve options when possible.
- Support recurring client reporting needs, compile data for business reviews, and fulfill the First Impression Process for high‑value accounts.
- Administer vendor enrollments, removals, and ongoing maintenance for existing vendor programs to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Demonstrate ownership of assigned accounts and cases, ensuring timely follow‑through and resolution while maintaining client relationships and service standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting to support operational transparency and client needs.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- 1‑2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Passion for data and ability to analyze and spot trends or anomalies.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and detail oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a right to work in Australia indefinitely that does not involve sponsorship by the Company.
