As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Account Manager Sales who excels at client retention, upselling, and nurturing strong business partnerships across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients across privacy, cybersecurity, and GRC domains.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
- Understand client needs, business challenges, and industry context to offer relevant Tsaaro solutions.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across consulting services, training, assessments, and certifications.
- Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to ensure high-quality project execution.
- Manage renewals, contract extensions, and account expansions.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with key clients to showcase progress and identify growth potential.
- Track account performance, revenue projections, and client engagement using CRM systems.
- Identify churn risks and implement proactive strategies to strengthen client retention.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and client-facing initiatives.
- Stay updated on privacy laws, cybersecurity trends, and market developments to add strategic value during client discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
- 46 years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts, renewals, and revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Target-driven, organized, and proactive with a strong ownership mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in cybersecurity, data privacy, SaaS, or consulting environments.
- Understanding of GDPR, DPDP Act, CCPA, or global privacy/security frameworks.
- Exposure to consultative, value-based, or solution-selling models.
- Strong analytical mindset for understanding client data and account trends.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or sales automation tools.
- Ability to conduct presentations, proposal discussions, and QBRs confidently.
