Job summary

Housing.com in Jaipur seeks a results-driven sales professional to own the end-to-end lead handling, sales and business development for the region. You will manage data coverage, drive client acquisition campaigns, and build our flagship property services brand in the territory.

You will also ensure service delivery and client retention, provide market insights to the Marketing team, and strive to achieve designated targets across the region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B/channel sales experience.
• Experience in real estate is preferred.
• Outgoing, confident and self-motivated.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Resilient with excellent execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lead handling, sales and business development for the region.

• Accountable for the entire process of lead handling, sales, and business development for the region
• Accountable for data management to ensure 100% coverage in assigned territory and tracking other key parameters
• Handle client acquisition campaigns and generating leads to build a flagship brand for property services in the respective region
• Accountable for service delivery and ensuring client retention
• Provide market insights and data assessment for the Marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives
• Accountable for achieving targets in the designated areas
• Map new projects & new builders in designated territories and acquire new projects and builders to ensure coverage across the designated territories
• Ensuring effective Relationship Management with existing clients to ensure 100% coverage of new projects launched by them

• A graduation or post-graduation degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales
• Worked in a real estate business
• An outgoing personality and are confident & self-motivated
• Dexterity in creating and delivering presentations
• Passion for selling, dexterity in communicating with people at all levels and are resilient and persistent
• Effective execution skills
