Job summary

Housing.com in Gurugram seeks a results-driven B2B sales professional to lead lead handling, sales and business development for the region. You will drive client acquisition and help build the flagship property services brand with a focus on data-driven coverage and client outcomes.

You will manage data, ensure 100% territory coverage, deliver effective client delivery, retention, and market insights to support marketing campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B/channel sales.
• Experience in real estate is preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with drive to meet targets.
• Excellent collaboration and execution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead handling, sales, and business development for the region.
• Ensure 100% coverage in the territory and track key metrics.
• Acquire clients and generate leads to build flagship property services brand.
• Ensure service delivery and client retention.
• Provide market insights and data for marketing campaigns.
• Achieve targets in designated areas.
• Map new projects and builders to ensure regional coverage.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for new project launches.

• Accountable for the entire process of lead handling, sales, and business development for the region
• Accountable for data management to ensure 100% coverage in assigned territory and tracking other key parameters
• Handle client acquisition campaigns and generating leads to build a flagship brand for property services in the respective region
• Accountable for service delivery and ensuring client retention
• Provide market insights and data assessment for the Marketing team to launch the right promotional and customer communication initiatives
• Accountable for achieving targets in the designated areas
• Map new projects & new builders in designated territories and acquire new projects and builders to ensure coverage across the designated territories
• Ensuring effective Relationship Management with existing clients to ensure 100% coverage of new projects launched by them

• A graduation or post-graduation degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales
• Worked in a real estate business
• An outgoing personality and are confident & self-motivated
• Dexterity in creating and delivering presentations
• Passion for selling, dexterity in communicating with people at all levels and are resilient and persistent
• Effective execution skills
