Job summary

SHINING 3D is seeking dynamic sales professionals to join SHINING 3D Dental's growing team. You will visit dental offices and organizations, expand and manage the sales distribution network for dental digital products, and represent the product line with confidence.

The role requires proactive, self-driven individuals with strong communication skills, willingness to travel frequently, and a background in the medical or dental field preferred. Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
• Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network for the company’s dental digital products in Indonesia, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of product features, functions, and operations to effectively represent and support the product line.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.
