Job summary

SHINING 3D is hiring for a sales role in India. You will visit dental offices and organizations to promote a full suite of dental digital workflow products, expand the dealer network, and drive sales targets.

You will learn product features, analyze market trends, and organize regional activities such as roadshows and demos to support growth. The role requires self-motivation, travel willingness, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, self-driven and action oriented with strong market development and acquisition skills.
• Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation and strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in medical/dental/clinical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network for dental digital products and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors for effective collaboration and performance.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of product features and operations to support the product line.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities, roadshows, trade shows, demos, and development of KOLs/KOCs.

Shining 3D Dental has immediate openings on our sales team. Shining 3D Technology sells a complete suite of dental digital workflow products. The portfolio includes Aoralscan IO Scanners, MetiSmile Facial Scanners, AccuFab Printers, Wash, Cure, Resins and AutoScan desktop scanners. We are changing dentistry from analog to digital and making our products available through dental supply dealers. As a Shining 3D Sales team member, you will visit dental offices and organizations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network for the company’s dental digital products in Indonesia, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets.

• Gain in-depth knowledge of product features, functions, and operations to effectively represent and support the product line.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
• Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry are strongly preferred.
