Job summary

SHINING 3D Dental is hiring a dynamic sales professional to expand and manage the company’s dental digital products distribution in Indonesia. You will visit dental offices and organizations, build distributor networks, and drive regional sales targets while representing Aoralscan IO Scanners and other products.

The role requires proactive, self-driven individuals with strong communication, travel readiness, and English proficiency; experience in medical or dental fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage the sales distribution network in Indonesia.
• Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors and ensure performance.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of product features, functions, and operations to effectively represent the product line.
• Collect and analyze market and industry intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Plan and execute regional sales activities, including roadshows, trade shows, product demonstrations, and the development of KOLs and KOCs.

Shining 3D Dental has immediate openings on our sales team. Shining 3D Technology sells a complete suite of dental digital workflow products. The portfolio includes Aoralscan IO Scanners, MetiSmile Facial Scanners, AccuFab Printers, Wash, Cure, Resins and AutoScan desktop scanners. We are changing dentistry from analog to digital and making our products available through dental supply dealers. As a Shining 3D Sales team member, you will visit dental offices and organizations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
• Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in the medical, dental, or clinical industry are strongly preferred.
