Job summary

Bodycare International in Patparganj, Delhi seeks an experienced Accounts Manager to lead the accounts team in an apparel manufacturing setup. You will oversee receivables, payables, reconciliations, and ensure GST/TDS compliance, reporting and audit readiness.

You will coordinate with sales, production and logistics, drive accurate accounting, and mentor a growing team to meet deadlines and financial accuracy.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Accounts/Finance in apparel/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of AR, AP, reconciliation, GST, TDS and financial reporting.
• Min 3 years of SAP (HANA) experience mandatory.
• Experience in audit coordination and year-end finalisation.
• Good leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable operations.
• Monitor customer outstanding, collections, credit limits and ageing.
• Manage vendor invoices, payments, advances and reconciliations.
• Handle deductions, returns, discounts, debit/credit notes and payment disputes.
• Prepare AR/AP ageing, cash-flow forecasts, payment plans and MIS reports.
• Ensure GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Merchandising, Stores, Production and Logistics.
• Lead the accounts team and ensure accurate and timely accounting.
• Ensure ledger reconciliation and financial accuracy.
• Coordinate year-end closing, statutory audit and finalisation of annual financial statements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable operations.
