Job summary

Adept Global in Mumbai seeks a Finance Manager to lead VCFO client engagements, ensuring high-quality financial operations, timely reporting, and strategic insights for multiple startups.

You will own month-end close, compliance tracking, KPI dashboards, and cash-flow analysis, coordinate with external accountants, present findings in calls, and support founders with business strategy recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years' experience in finance, consulting, FP&A, or startup operations.
• Strong financial understanding and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
• Experience working with founders or fast-paced startup environments.

Requirements:
