Job summary

Pagaar India in Thane is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to independently manage the Accounts & Finance function of our logistics business and lead a dedicated team of approximately 10 Accounts professionals.

The role requires 5–10 years of Accounts & Finance experience, GST/TDS knowledge, and strong leadership and analytical skills. You will ensure compliance, oversee AR/AP, and deliver MIS reports while coordinating with operations and auditors.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Accounts & Finance experience.
• Logistics / Transport industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing a team of 8–10 people.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, AR/AP & reconciliations.
• Good command of MS Excel & accounting/ERP software.
• Strong leadership, communication & analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete day-to-day Accounts operations.
• Lead, supervise & allocate work to a team of 10 members.
• Monitor billing, collections, payments, AR & AP.
• Reconcile bank, customer & vendor accounts.
• Coordinate GST, TDS & statutory compliance.
• Prepare MIS and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with Operations, auditors, vendors & customers.
• Ensure proper accounting controls and documentation.
• Take ownership of the Accounts team's performance.
