Job summary

Royal Yarns Coimbatore in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, is seeking an experienced accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, reconciliations, GST returns, and month-end close. The role supports receivables, payables, and reporting, coordinating with customers and vendors to ensure accurate ledgers.

Ideal candidate has a commerce degree and 5-7 years of accounting experience, with proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, Zoho, PF, ESI, and knowledge of GST compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or accounting
• 5-7 years of accounting experience
• Good attention to detail and numerical skills
• Good communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Hand day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist with GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
• Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting ,or a related Field.
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting
• Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel & zoho & PF & ESI
• Basic Knowledge of GST and TDS
• Good attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills
