Job summary

SVG Realty in Greater Noida is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager for our Real Estate development operations. You will oversee day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliance, and project accounting, with hands-on Farvision ERP expertise.

The role requires 3+ years in real estate accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with project and commercial teams. Immediate joiner preferred; full-time on-site position at Knowledge Park 2.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounts.
• Real Estate Developer/Builder experience mandatory.
• Farvision ERP expertise is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent MS Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely entries.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, vendor payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Manage Farvision ERP operations, entries, reports, and related processes.
• Prepare bank, vendor, and customer ledgers and reconciliations.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor project-wise accounting and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with Project, CRM, Purchase, Commercial, and Management teams.
• Review invoices, bills, payment requests, and supporting documents.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support audits and provide required financial data and documentation.
• Maintain proper records and compliance with accounting policies.
• Identify discrepancies and timely resolution.
• Prepare MIS and management reports.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all accounting activities.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Manager with strong experience in the Real Estate Developer/Builder industry. The candidate should have hands‑on expertise in Farvision ERP and a strong understanding of accounting, taxation, financial reporting, and day‑to‑day accounts operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.

• Farvision ERP expertise is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, reconciliations, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.
