SLTL Group – Sahajanand Laser Technology Ltd. is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide MIS and financial insights to management.

The role demands solid accounting knowledge and ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Ideal candidate has 6–8 years of relevant experience, B.Com and MBA in Finance, and hands-on proficiency with GST, TDS, audits, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong accounting background with statutory compliance knowledge.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering environment preferred.
• Hands-on with MIS reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in GST, TDS and statutory compliances.
• Hands-on with ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.
• B.Com is mandatory; MBA/PGDM in Finance preferred/mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, and Journal Entries.
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions in the ERP/accounting system.
• Prepare and review monthly MIS, management reports, ageing reports, and financial statements.
• Monitor receivables, payables, collections, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, tax, and other audits.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Review ledgers, trial balances, expense statements, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor accounting accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, HR, Operations for finance-related requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and variance analysis.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely corrective action.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Account Manager to manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support management with timely MIS and financial insights.

The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, good knowledge of statutory compliance, and the ability to independently handle finance & accounts activities in a manufacturing/engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, and Journal Entries.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Experience in MIS reporting, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• B.Com is mandatory.

• 6–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Candidates with experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technology-driven organizations will be preferred.
• Should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, MIS, statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting.
