Qualifications

Job description

Experience: 2 to 4 Years
CTC: 3 to 5 LPA

Who You Are

You're the person clients want to call first. You build relationships built on trust, not just timelines. You promise what you can deliver and deliver what you promise. Over time, clients come to you for advice, not just updates.

You're organized, but also creative enough to jump into ideation and contribute to campaign thinking. You can juggle multiple priorities, wear different hats, and stay calm when things get hectic. You’ll manage video shoots, campaigns, and other deliverables, being the bridge between client needs and internal teams, keeping everyone aligned.

Like any in-demand agency, we're always juggling deadlines and clients, so you'll need to stay on top of progress, anticipate bottlenecks, and keep things moving.

If you genuinely care about client satisfaction, can coordinate across teams seamlessly, and take pride in being reliable, that's what we're looking for. Experience in healthcare is a big plus.

Above all, you take ownership of your work (good and bad), are accountable to yourself and your team, and treat everyone with respect.
