You live and breathe social—but you don’t chase trends blindly. You understand why something works, not just that it works. You think in stories, not just posts, and care deeply about clarity, consistency, and quality.
You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats when needed. You can write copy, put together clean designs on Canva, and still think strategically about content. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and calm in a fast-moving agency environment, managing multiple brands without losing your head—or your standards.
Above all, you take ownership of your work (good and bad), are accountable to yourself and your team, and treat everyone with respect.

What You'll Do

Plan, execute and post social media content across multiple client accounts, owning calendars and schedules

Write clear, engaging social copy and captions; fluent in English and Tamil

Create quick, effective designs on Canva when required

Collaborate with designers, video editors, and creative teams on campaigns

Track performance, analyze insights, and optimize content continuously

Stay updated on platform trends and use AI tools to improve ideation and workflows

Healthcare experience (preferred)

Bilingual proficiency (English/Tamil) is a bonus
