HIRING FOR JUNIOR ACCOUTANT & ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE ATTRACTIVE SALARY JAIPUR LOCATION.

Role & responsibilities

• Data Entry: Post daily financial transactions, journal entries, and expenses into the accounting software.
• Accounts Payable (AP): Review vendor invoices, verify approvals, and prepare disbursements for payment processing.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue client invoices, track outstanding balances, and record incoming payments.
• Bank Reconciliation: Compare bank statements against the general ledger to identify and resolve minor discrepancies.
• Month-End Support: Assist senior staff in preparing workpapers, adjusting entries, and gathering documentation for closing cycles.
• Expense Tracking: Process employee expense reports, verify receipts, and ensure alignment with company travel policies.
• Document Management: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for tax records, invoices, and financial contracts.

Preferred candidate profile
