Job summary

GVK Emergency Management and Research Institute (GVK EMRI) in Jaipur is seeking an Executive / Sr. Executive – Account & Finance on an urgent basis.

The role requires strong accounting capabilities and 3 years of experience in finance operations. Responsibilities include GST and TDS filing, MIS reporting (P&L and Balance Sheet), vendor and payroll processing, bank reconciliations, inter-unit reconciliations, and coordination with auditors to ensure statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account and finance
• Education as stated (B.Com / M.Com or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Filing GST returns and data for GST audit
• Preparation of MIS including P&L and balance sheet
• Filing of TDS returns and ensure compliance
• Accounting and payment of invoices
• Bank liaison and reconciliations
• Payroll scrutiny and salary payments
• Monitor payables and vendor ageing
• Coordinate with internal auditors and respond to queries
• Ensure timely statutory compliances

Job description

We have an Urgent requirement of Executive / Sr. Executive Account & Finance for Jaipur Location

Experience required : Minimum 3 years

Education : B.com/ M.com or any other equivalent degree

Role & Responsibilities

• Filing of GST returns related compliances and preparation of data for GST department audit
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual and other MIS including P&L and Balances Sheet.
• Filing of TDS returns and ensure TDS compliances as per the law..
• Accounting and payment of purchase and expense invoices.
• To liaison with banks for day to day work and bank reconciliations.
• To scrutinize the monthly payroll and salary payments.
• To monitor payables and bank reconciliations.
• To monitor the vendor ageing reports and employees payables and take corrective actions.
• To co-ordinate with internal auditors and reply of internal audit queries.
• To ensure timely statutory compliances.
• To ensure monthly inter unit reconciliations to match the balances.
• Preparation of budgets and comparison with the actual results.
