Job summary

Blink Digital is seeking an Account Executive in Client Services to be the primary contact for assigned clients in Mumbai. You will manage relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and support campaign planning and execution to deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years' agency experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing. This on-site role offers opportunities to grow with a fast-paced digital agency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an Account Management/Client Servicing role within a digital/advertising agency.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working across digital campaigns including web, mobile, video, branding, and integrated projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key day-to-day agency representative for assigned clients.
• Manage client relationships and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
• Oversee and coordinate internal marketing and operational workflows to ensure timely project delivery.
• Implement tactical plans and day-to-day activities to achieve clients' marketing objectives.
• Develop strategic and creative briefs aligned with agency and client expectations.
• Participate in client planning, including situation analysis, digital media planning, and marketing plan development.
• Collaborate with Creative, Media, Strategy, and Interactive teams to develop digital strategies and client presentations.
• Support media planning and campaign execution while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and proactively recommend new ideas and digital solutions.

Our Client Services team serves as the first point of contact for our clients. They identify client needs and work strategically to deliver thoughtful solutions with measurable results. On any given day, you might:

• Serve as the key day-to-day agency representative for assigned clients.

You bring:

• 1-3 years of experience in an Account Management/Client Servicing role within a digital, advertising, or creative agency (agency experience is mandatory).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

• Experience working across digital campaigns, including web, mobile, video, branding, and integrated marketing projects.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
