Job summary

Parle Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Maharashtra is seeking an experienced accounts professional to handle day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, TDS filings, and MIS reporting. You will work with Tally and MS Excel to maintain books and prepare financial statements.

The role requires 3–4 years of experience in Income Tax and Accounts, strong communication, and the ability to meet deadlines while working independently. Immediate joining is expected.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate with 3–4 years of experience in Income Tax and Accounts.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and post entries in Tally.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers and financial records regularly.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
• Deduct, deposit and file TDS returns on time and ensure TDS compliance.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and share detailed financial data with the team.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities including accruals and adjustment.
• Maintain and update books of accounts and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory audits and provide required documents and information.

Key Responsibilities:

Individual Accounts Handling:-

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and post entries in Tally.
• Reconcile bank statement, ledgers and financial records on a regular basis.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
• Deduct, deposit and file TDS returns on time and ensure TDS compliance.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and share detailed financial data with the team.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities including accruals and adjustment.
• Maintain and update books of accounts and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Income Tax, GST, TDS and other regulations).
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory audits and provide required documents and information.

Qualifications & Experience

• Commerce background (B. Com/BMS)
• 3–4 years of experience in Income Tax and Accounts
• Strong proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
• Understanding of GST, TDS and Income Tax
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
