Job summary

G S S P And Co. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting using Tally/ERP. The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, GST and TDS compliance, and support for income tax return preparation.

You will also perform bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations, coordinate with clients for required documents, and ensure timely filing and regulatory deadlines are met. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting in Tally/ERP.
• Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
• Handle TDS compliance, including deduction, challans, reconciliation and quarterly TDS returns.
• Assist in Income Tax return preparation and tax-related workings.
• Handle basic statutory registrations such as GST, MSME/Udyam, IEC, PAN/TAN, etc.
• Perform bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
• Coordinate with clients for required documents and compliance-related information.
• Maintain proper accounting and statutory records and ensure timely compliance with due dates.
