Job summary

Offshore Accounting & Taxation Services in Pune invites an experienced Accounts assistant to manage vendor invoicing in SAP, ensure GST compliance and timely payments. The role focuses on accurate tax deductions, GST credit eligibility, and GST RCM applicability, with a strong emphasis on SLA adherence.

You will coordinate with stakeholders, process employee reimbursements per T&E policy, and perform GST and vendor payment tasks, including reconciliation like GSTR2A.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP-based accounting and GST compliance.
• Knowledge of vendor invoicing, withholding tax, and T&E reimbursements.

Responsibilities

• Processing of vendor invoices in SAP or other ERP software as per SLA.
• Ensuring correct deducting of withholding tax
• Ensuring correct booking of invoices from GST standpoint like GST credit eligibility, GST RCM applicability.
• Processing employees reimbursement claims as per T&E policy.
