Job summary

Durocrete Engineering Services is seeking an accounts payable professional based in Narhe, Maharashtra, India. The role involves handling bills payable, posting invoices, and reconciling vendors and customer statements, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of experience, working knowledge of ERP, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), GST/TDS, and should be able to communicate in English. CA firm experience is preferred and will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Min 2-3 years experience in the relevant field.
• Working knowledge of ERP and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Familiarity with GST and TDS processes.

Responsibilities

• Bills payable and invoice posting.
• Vendor reconciliation and ageing analysis.
• Bank payments and cash voucher entries.
• Employee advances processing and reimbursements.
• Customer statement reconciliation.
• Data preparation for auditors' requirements.
