Job summary

Infinity Engineering Services is seeking a capable accounts assistant in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role focuses on invoicing, reconciliation, GST compliance, payroll, PF calculations, and vendor management to ensure smooth financial operations.

You will work with MS Excel and ERP tools like Zoho Books and Tally to maintain accurate books, support audits, and handle banking activities. Immediate placement with onsite duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in invoicing and accounts reconciliation.
• Knowledge of GST compliance processes.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Tally ERP.
• Strong MS Excel skills for financial data handling.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices accurately and timely.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain ledgers.
• Ensure GST compliance and filing readiness.
• Manage banking activities and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping of expenses.
• Process payroll and salary disbursements.
• Compute employee PF contributions.
• Issue purchase orders to vendors.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Tally ERP.
