Job summary

Aquila Organics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance professional to join the team in Rabale. The role focuses on manufacturing accounts, inventory valuation, reconciliations, month-end closing, and audit support.

Key tasks include stock reviews, stock valuation, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliations, and supporting audits. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and ERP systems such as Tally or SAP Business One is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and manufacturing accounts.
• Good understanding of inventory accounting and stock valuation.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, GSTR-2B, Tax Audit & Statutory Audit.
• Experience with Tally, SAP Business One, or other manufacturing ERP.

Responsibilities

• Stock Valuation & Inventory Accounting: review RM, WIP, FG and Packing Material balances.
• Prepare and review monthly stock valuation.
• Reconcile physical stock with ERP and books of accounts.
• Analyse RM consumption, production yield, process loss, and wastage.
• Identify slow-moving/non-moving inventory and coordinate resolution.
• Support physical stock verification and stock adjustment accounting.

Aquila Organics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to manufacturing accounts, inventory accounting, reconciliations, month-end closing, and audit support.

Location: Rabale

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Valuation & Inventory Accounting

• Review and monitor Raw Material, WIP, Finished Goods & Packing Material balances.
• Prepare and review monthly stock valuation.
• Reconcile physical stock with ERP and books of accounts.
• Analyse RM consumption, production yield, process loss, and wastage.
• Identify slow-moving/non-moving inventory and coordinate for resolution.
• Support physical stock verification and stock adjustment accounting.

Ledger Scrutiny & Reconciliation

• Conduct regular scrutiny of General Ledger, Customer, Vendor, Bank, Purchase, Sales, and Expense accounts.
• Identify incorrect, duplicate, unusual, or unreconciled entries.
• Perform Bank, Customer, Vendor, Inventory, GST, TDS, and GSTR-2B reconciliations.
• Review ageing and outstanding balances and ensure timely resolution.

Month-End Closing & Audit

• Support monthly closing of books of accounts.
• Review provisions, accruals, prepaid and outstanding expenses.
• Prepare supporting schedules for P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Support Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, and Form 3CD requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for required data and documentation.
