Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly/monthly bank reconciliations and identify discrepancies.
• Match bank statements with accounting records and ensure all transactions are properly accounted for.
• Validate financial and operational data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing entries, duplicate transactions, and incorrect data.
• Maintain proper records and supporting documents for reconciliation.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and share them with the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams and banks whenever clarification is required.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned reconciliation and data-validation activities.
• Assist in preparing MIS and other Excel-based reports as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Key Responsibilities
