Job summary

Adaequare is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Compliance professional in Hyderabad to manage statutory compliances, taxation matters, audits, and MIS reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, with hands-on audit experience and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities include coordinating audits, filing GST/TDS returns, ledger scrutiny, reconciliation, and timely financial reporting in line with accounting standards.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Compliance professional to manage statutory compliances, taxation matters, audits, financial reconciliations, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate and support internal, statutory, tax, and compliance audits.
• Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and ensure timely compliance with tax laws.
• Perform ledger scrutiny and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations.
• Pass accounting entries and maintain books of accounts as per accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management review.
• Assist in financial reporting, compliance documentation, and audit requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, and Companies Act provisions.
• Support process improvements and strengthen financial controls.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Experience in handling audits and compliance activities.
• Expertise in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel.
