Job summary

RegisterKaro is seeking a Senior Finance Associate in Gurugram to independently manage accounting, taxation and statutory compliance. The role requires hands-on GST, TDS, IT processes, and finalization of accounts, with collaboration across auditors and regulators. 3–6 years of relevant experience is preferred.

The position is full-time and on-site in Gurugram, Sector 32 or Sector 67, with responsibility for timely financial reporting and compliance across GST, TDS and Income Tax.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance.
• Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts.
• Experience in CA firms, consulting, or compliance-based organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
• Handle TDS computation, payment, reconciliation, and return filing.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for companies, LLPs, firms, and individuals.
• Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements.
• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants during audits and assessments.
• Prepare MIS reports and management reports.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Associate who can independently manage accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance.
• Experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, or compliance-based organization will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
• Experience in preparation and finalization of financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, or compliance-based organization will be preferred.
