Job summary

RegisterKaro is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to independently manage accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance in Gurugram. You will handle GST, TDS, income tax filings, and prepare financial statements with attention to accuracy and regulatory adherence.

The role requires 3–6 years of accounting and finance experience, with proficiency in Tally Prime and Zoho Books. On-site work at Sector 32/67, with full-time hours and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax and financial reporting.
• Experience with finalization of accounts and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
• Handle TDS computation, payment, reconciliation, and return filing.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for companies, LLPs, firms, and individuals.
• Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow statements.
• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare MIS reports and management reports.
• Keep updated with changes in taxation and accounting regulations.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Associate who can independently manage accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance.
• Experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, or compliance-based organization will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
• Experience in preparation and finalization of financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a CA firm, consulting firm, or compliance-based organization will be preferred.
