You will work with accounting software like Tally Prime and Zoho Books, prepare MIS and financial reports, and coordinate with auditors and authorities during audits.

Qualifications

• B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or an equivalent qualification.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Taxation, and Finance.
• Experience in CA firm, consulting firm, or compliance-based organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
• Handle TDS computation, payment, reconciliation, and return filing.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for companies, LLPs, firms, and individuals.
• Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and schedules.
• Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate accounting entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audits.
• Prepare MIS reports and management reports.
• Keep updated with changes in taxation and accounting regulations.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Associate who can independently manage accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
