Job summary

BYLD Group is seeking an accounts professional to manage invoicing, expense accounting, and vendor payments in a fast-paced environment in Gurugram. You will maintain accurate ledgers, monitor tax liabilities, and collaborate with departments to ensure audits run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting or AR/AP roles.
• Familiar with TDS and GST taxation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for paying and keeping record of all invoices.
• Responsible for paying and keeping record of employees’ expenses.
• Accounting and records for invoices and expenses.
• Maintain precise records of all vendor payments.
• Monitor tax liabilities and ensure timely payment.
• Track company credit card spending and payments.
• Analyze accounts monthly, quarterly, and annually; assist audits.

• Responsible for paying and keeping record of all invoices
• Responsible for paying and keeping record of employees all expenses
• Responsible for all invoices and expenses booking keeping
• Maintain precise records of all vendor payments
• Monitor tax liabilities and ensure tax liabilities are paid on time
• Keep track of all company credit card spending, and make payments on credit accounts
• Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure payment accuracy
• Work collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits

Accounts Receivable:

• Responsible for keeping record of all revenue invoices.
• Responsible for updating bank receipt in books.
• Responsible for reconciling client ledgers.
• Maintain precise records of all Bank receipts.
• Reconciling TDS receivable ledger with 26AS
• Analyze all accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to track receivables
• Work collaboratively with various departments to perform accounting audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance.
• 2-3 year’s experience
• Familiar with TDS and GST Taxation
