Job summary

Kgmc India in Gurugram invites an experienced Accounts Executive to manage accounts and finance for startups and mid-sized entities. You will handle day-to-day accounting, tax filings, and financial reporting to support strategic decisions.

The role requires 1–4 years of accounting experience, proficiency with Tally/Zoho Books, and solid Excel skills. A CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) candidate is preferred; relocation assistance may be provided.

Qualifications

• CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) required.
• 1-4 years in finance and accounting; consultancy experience a plus.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records: purchases, bank transactions, sales and payroll.
• GST, TDS filings and finalization of books; manage statutory compliance.
• Prepare financial statements, monthly close, MIS reports and cash-flow analysis.

Job Opening: Accounts Executive

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage accounts and finance for startups and mid-sized entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Accounting & Compliance: Maintain accurate financial records, including purchases, bank transactions, sales, and payroll.
• • Taxation & Filings: Handle GST, TDS, and other tax return filings; oversee finalization of books and related activities.
• • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial statements, manage monthly closing processes, generate MIS reports, and analyse cash flow and expenditures.
• • Right candidate should have experience of all accounting activities like billing, taxation, filing returns of GST, TDS, Finalization of Books and related activities.
• • Handle taxation and related statutory compliance work such as Income Tax, GST, TDS, Provident Fund, Labour Welfare Board etc.

Requirements:

• • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books) and Advanced Excel.
• • Qualifications: CA Inter / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
• • Experience: 1-4 years in finance & accounting; experience in a consultancy firm is a plus.
• • Key Competencies: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication for working with internal and external stakeholders.

• • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off) | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• • Location: Gurgaon (Preference for candidates nearby or willing to relocate)
