Job summary

SVG REALTY in Knowledge Park 2, Greater Noida is seeking an Accounts Executive with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate/developer industry. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliance, and financial reporting using Farvision ERP.

The role requires accurate ledger scrutiny, timely filing of GST returns, bank reconciliations, and coordination with auditors and internal teams. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounts.
• Real estate/developer industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience in Farvision ERP is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, ledger scrutiny, BRS, and financial statements.
• Good knowledge of Balance Sheet, P&L, Trial Balance, and accounting principles.
• Good command of MS Excel and accounting documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple accounting activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain and update general ledger, sub-ledgers, journal entries, and vouchers.
• Manage GST accounting, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure timely statutory compliance.
• Handle TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation, and returns.
• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and Trial Balance.
• Perform ledger scrutiny and reconciliation of vendor/customer accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Verify invoices, bills, purchase entries, sales entries, and supporting documents.
• Ensure proper accounting of receivables, payables, advances, expenses, and collections.
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments for accounting and taxation matters.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.
• Ensure all accounting entries and transactions are accurately recorded in Farvision ERP.
• Generate and analyze accounting reports as required by management.
• Perform any other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Position Overview
