Job summary

K E Infrastructure in Thane, Maharashtra is seeking an experienced accountant to manage financial statements, tax filings, and compliance for real estate projects.

You will use Tally Prime with Edit Log, handle GST/TDS, payroll, and MCA/ROC filings, and support tender processes. This full-time role offers growth in a dynamic construction company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and expense reports.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and Income Tax submissions.
• Maintain accounting records using Tally Prime with Edit Log.
• Assist in tender preparation and bid management.
• Process payroll and handle PF, ESIC, PT, PTRC, PTEC compliance.
• Coordinate MCA/ROC filings and MSME-related documentation.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, expense reports, and other financial statements.


• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax compliances.


• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions using Tally Prime with Edit Log.


• Assist in tender preparation and bid management processes.


• Handle salary processing and statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, PTRC, and PTEC.


• Manage MCA/ROC compliances including MSME filings, DPT filing, and related documentation.


• Coordinate with government departments for scrutiny and compliance documentation (GST & Income Tax).


• Communicate with vendors regarding material purchase rate analysis and related accounting matters.

• 15 years of experience in real estate sales (residential)

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in Tally Prime and Edit Log features.


• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax return filing.


• Good understanding of statutory compliances: PF, ESIC, PT, PTRC, PTEC.


• Knowledge of MCA/ROC compliances, MSME work, and DPT filings.


• Familiarity with government documentation and scrutiny procedures.


• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.


• Good communication and coordination skills.


• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.


• Relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance.

• Preferance would be given to candidates from Civil construction background.
