Job summary

CTR Manufacturing Industries in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar seeks a qualified finance professional with CA Inter or CMA Inter and a Commerce background, 6 years of hands-on experience in SEZ compliance, and proven ability to maintain books, accounts payable/receivable, GL and bank reconciliations.

You will prepare journal entries, monthly reports, MIS, manage vendor invoices, reimbursements and customer billing, monitor cash flow, support monthly/annual closings and liaise with SEZ authorities,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, CA Inter or CMA Inter with 6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Hands-on experience in SEZ compliance and related filings.
• Experience in preparing journal entries, financial reports, and MIS.

Role & responsibilities

One post. Chh. Sambhajinagar ( Shendra )based. Reporting to Senior Finance Manager. Bachelor's degree in Commerce , CA Inter or CMA Inter with 6 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with hands-on experience in SEZ compliance. Responsible for Maintain books of accounts, including Accounts Payable , Accounts Receivable , General Ledger , and bank reconciliations Prepare journal entries, monthly financial reports, and MIS reports, Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer billing. Monitor cash flow and reconcile bank and ledger accounts. Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.

SEZ Compliance

Ensure compliance with SEZ Rules, Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), and applicable statutory regulations. Prepare and maintain documentation for SEZ procurement, imports, exports, and domestic transactions. Coordinate with the SEZ authorities, Customs authorities, and consultants regarding approvals and compliance requirements. Maintain records of duty-free procurements, utilization, and inventory as per SEZ regulations. Prepare and submit periodic SEZ returns. Support annual SEZ performance reporting and audits. Assist in GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliations, and input tax credit verification. Coordinate TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings. Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments. Permanent vacancy with expected association of five years. Age 30 years
