Job summary

Sppl Property Management in India is looking for an SEZ Compliance professional to manage SEZ operations, GST filings and related documentation. You will coordinate with vendors, SEZ authorities and internal teams to ensure smooth compliance.

Responsibilities include verification of invoices and e-way bills, and preparation of quarterly reports, along with GST return filings and refunds where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEZ operations and compliance.
• Solid knowledge of GST compliance and return filing.
• Strong documentation, coordination and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• SEZ compliance management and related filings.
• Verify delivery challans, invoices and e-way bills.
• Track inward and outward movement of materials in SEZ.
• Coordinate with vendors, SEZ officers and internal teams.
• Approve material removal from SEZ premises when eligible.
• Maintain and validate inward/outward registers.
• Prepare and submit quarterly progress reports (QPR).
• Coordinate with PwC, Google team and SEZ authorities for reporting.
• Review and validate billing data and GST returns (GSTR-1/3B).
• Prepare GST refund applications and follow up.
