Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts and Finance
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP
• Knowledge of purchase entry, debit note and credit note
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, good communication and coordination

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting entries accurately in Tally ERP
• Handle Purchase Entries, Sales Entries, and other financial transactions
• Process and maintain Debit Notes and Credit Notes
• Verify invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for accounting queries
• Support bank reconciliation and other accounting activities as required
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting entries

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally ERP, Purchase Entry, and accounting transactions related to Debit and Credit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting entries accurately in Tally ERP.
• Handle Purchase Entries, Sales Entries, and other financial transactions.
• Process and maintain Debit Notes and Credit Notes.
• Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
• Assist in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for accounting-related queries.
• Support bank reconciliation and other accounting activities as required.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of all accounting entries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Tally ERP.
• Good knowledge of purchase entry, debit note, and credit note.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Mandatory Requirement

• Candidates must have relevant experience in Tally ERP.
• Experience in purchase entry, debit note, and credit note is mandatory.
• This position is strictly Work from Office (WFO) at our SEEPZ, Andheri (East), Mumbai office.
