• Recording Transactions: Record every purchase, sale, receipt, and payment clearly and in appropriate accounts.
• Maintaining Ledgers: Update general ledgers to ensure debits equal credits and records are current.
• Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable: Track payables and receivables, review invoices, and follow up to resolve outstanding issues.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with internal records to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate cash flow.
