YoYo AI helps retail brands understand what is actually happening on their shop floors. Our devices capture conversations between customers and sales staff. Our AI reads those conversations and picks out the things that decide whether a sale happens: what the customer came in for, what they hesitated over, where the pitch fell short. Sales leaders, marketers, category buyers and L&D teams then use that to make calls they were earlier making on instinct.
We work with brands in jewellery, apparel, electronics, furniture, auto, home improvement, hospitality and BFSI. We are building this out of Bengaluru, for India and for markets beyond it.
You sell to VPs of Sales who run 500 to 1500 people across a store network and are judged on what those stores convert.
The competition is rarely another AI company. It is mystery shopping, a manager's weekend walkthrough and a gut feeling. Your job is to show a leader that they have been running a large business on a very small sample, and that there is a better way to see it. That argument is winnable, and it is far more interesting than a feature comparison.
The harder part is trust. This product listens to conversations on a shop floor, so somewhere in every deal a leader will ask what their staff will think and whether they are allowed to do this. Answering that honestly, rather than deflecting it, is what closes these deals.
