Salary: 20,000 – 30,000 per month

Department: Accounts / RTO Operations

Experience: Relevant experience in RTO accounts and documentation preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily sales and purchase entries in the accounting system.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and bank transactions.
• Perform bank entries and bank reconciliation.
• Process online payments and online challan payments.
• Prepare and maintain RTO-related bills, invoices, and documentation.
• Maintain and update records using MS Excel.
• Use advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Verify financial transactions and ensure accuracy of all entries.
• Maintain proper documentation and assist with daily accounting operations.
