Job summary

HRD House in Mumbai is seeking an Accounts & Finance professional with 2-3 years of experience to manage day-to-day transactions, factory and inventory accounting, GST and TDS compliance, and fixed asset accounting. You will generate MIS reports, handle reconciliations, and support audits while ensuring regulatory adherence.

The role requires solid analytical and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a track record of meeting reporting deadlines in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Pharma Manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of Factory Accounting, GST, and TDS.
• Hands-on experience in Inventory and Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Working knowledge of ERP, SAP, Tally, or other accounting software.
