This roleis responsible forpartnering with Sales to develop account strategies, activate personalized campaigns, engage key stakeholders, and drive measurable account progression, pipeline influence, and revenue growth.
The ABM Marketing Manager will work closely with the ABM Center of Excellence, Sales, Regional Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, Insights, Agencies, and Marketing Operations to execute 1:1 and 1 ABM programs. The role will translate account priorities into targeted marketing plans, using account insights, tailored value propositions, modular content, events, digital engagement, and sales plays to create meaningful customer engagement.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and execution-oriented B2B marketer who can align closely with Sales, understand account needs, and move quickly from insight to activation.
Partner with Sales toidentifyandalignonpriority accounts for ABM execution, including accountobjectives, growth opportunities, whitespace, and stakeholder priorities.
Develop account-specific ABM plans for 1:1 and1: fewcampaigns, aligned to sales motions, customer needs, business outcomes, and revenue goals.
Request and use account insights to understand customer priorities, install base, buying committee, competitive landscape, propensity signals, engagement history, and opportunity areas.
Facilitate account planning and strategy discussions with Sales, the ABMCoE, agencies, and cross-functional partners.
Translate account strategy into clear campaign briefs, messaging direction, value propositions, plays, and activation plans.
Use modular content and campaign frameworks to create personalized assets, including account POVs, executive briefs, emails, landing pages, event invitations, digital ads, direct mail, and sales enablement materials.
Orchestrate multi-channel ABM activation across digital, paid media, LinkedIn, email, executive engagement, events, webinars, direct mail, and sales outreach.
Ensure Sales is enabled with the right messaging, content, engagement signals, and next-best actions for target accounts.
Track account engagement, buying committee reach, campaign performance, opportunitymovement, pipeline influence, and sales feedback.
Partner with Marketing Operations and Insights teams to ensure campaigns are properly built, tagged, measured, and reported.
ContinuouslyoptimizeABM programs based on performance data, customer signals, sales feedback, and regional learnings.
Capture best practices, successful plays, customer examples, and campaign learnings that can be shared and scaled across regions.

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, field marketing, demand generation, enterprise marketing, or sales-aligned campaign execution.
Experience developing and executing targeted campaigns for enterprise or strategic accounts.
Strong understanding of ABM motions, including 1:1, 1, and account-cluster-based marketing.
Proven ability to partner closely with Sales and translate account priorities into actionable marketing plans.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product or Portfolio Marketing, Marketing Operations, Analytics, Agencies, and Regional Marketing.
Strong campaign management skills, including briefing, planning, asset development, execution, measurement, and optimization.
Ability to interpret account insights, engagement signals, customer priorities, and sales feedback.
Strong communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts, campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Experience in enterprise technology, hardware, software, solutions, or services marketing.
Experience working in a global or regional marketing organization.
Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, account intelligence, intent data, LinkedIn, paid media, and campaign reporting platforms.
Experience with executive engagement programs, strategic events, direct mail, or high-touch account activation.
Experience building or using modular content, campaign kits, playbooks, or ABM frameworks.
